How does eMatrix work to revitalize your skin?

The eMatrix system utilizes a proprietary Sublative RF technology to target heat energy directly into the dermis where it can provide maximum benefit with little impact to the epidermis. Your treatment begins with the application of a matrix of electrodes that generate fractional heating deep in the dermis. The delivery of this fractionated bi-polar radio frequency creates a controlled trauma to the skin, effectively triggering your body’s natural wound healing response.

This healing response increases collagen production in the treatment area, creating softer, smoother, and more supple skin.

The treatment is safe, quick, and relatively comfortable, and patients typically require little-to-no downtime. You should expect your treatment to take about an hour depending on the treatment area. Most patients benefit from a three treatment protocol, with each treatment taking place two to four weeks apart. After treatment, you may experience redness and slight swelling for a day or two. Take care to avoid the sun and keep your skin moisturized during the healing period.
