Rhinoplasty is often accompanied by surgery on the nasal septum, the inferior turbinates, or both, to improve nasal breathing. Typically, a pretty nose is a smaller one. If we don’t do something to make the nasal passages bigger, the new, smaller nose will look better but breathe worse.

Dr. Moses will examine your nasal passages and tell you what he recommends for your nasal airway. Internal nasal surgery, unlike rhinoplasty, is usually covered by your health insurance.
